Me: No, shimin, u cannot do that, it’s too sweet, eat it with the hotcakes

She: *WHINES*

Me: SHIMIN……

She: You drink. Drink drink drink.. Drink water.

To think she told me to mind my own business!

Then later… i got a bottle of bubbles for her and we went to the seaside, not long later my dad called to say he arrived…

Me:Let’s Go! Grandpa is here!

She: NO!! NO!!

Me: Come on girl girl…

She: NO!! Grandpa went to work.

Haha… I wonder where she learnt all that from and i promise it isnt me.

Later in the day, we went to Kallang area to see fire works. She has been harping the whole day to see it. And when we arrived and it finally started (so much earlier than we expected, at around 8pm) she just closed her eyes and closed her eyes. Even peeling open her eyelids didnt work. haiz.

Lake House – Absurdity – SKIRTS.

I learnt something today, absurdity does not count in movie making unless done correctly. It brings laughter not awe. It brings smirks not praises. It was all right saying they lived two years apart but there was no logical conclusion to how they met up in the end. The ending was as weird as the fact that they are living two years apart but the latter was so much easier to accept because it’s a cheesy love movie. (thanks to all the publicity which made it seem so nice!) But i guess the only way to let it have a happy ending was to let it end as absurdly as it began. A tragic ending would be so tasteless and pointless in my opinion. But Sandra Bullock was pretty! And it’s fun sneaking in donuts into the cinema esp when they’re so particular about outside food. I dun understand why cant they give as much variety as The Cathay, sure beats having to take hostage of our food for that few hours.

Well, this issue about the skirts, basically stems from your definition of ‘short’. But let me deal with the more important issues. Firstly, where have the morals of society gone with the snapping of girls in short uniform ( u can jolly well find them on sggirls if u want there’s no need to do it personally ). Secondly, go ahead and measure the skirts if there’s a need and u’ll find that the proportion of girls with short skirts is less than other JCs. ( Considering how some have absurd long skirts way below the knee ) Thirdly, would we want to see a generation of youths grow up with books in hand and brains in books or a generation that’s creative, expressive and walking along with changes in society?

Tuition.

I’ve been for countless of tuition. But nothing like this before… The tuition centre is Triquetra Tuition Centre specialising in only Economics and guess wat, it’s in a bomb shelter !!! hahaha. and the best part abt the tuition is the tremendous variety and amount of snacks, drinks, sweets, biscuits, cup noodles etc etc that they have. You could make coffee tea or ribena, eat sour power along with cheezels and cheese rings. Not to mention the biscuits and cheese spread (knife provided)… i was beginning to wonder if it was economics or home economics. haha. But it was generally great except for the distance ( bishan!! i’ve only been there once in my entire life! ) But thanks to the company of my 5 classmates it was not that boring a journey there.

Joy and Sorrow

Well, non-math people please join me in rememory remembering wat fun we had this afternoon talking in the canteen about …… !! *do i hear a weird laughter?*

Hmm.it’s funny how people can be so nice one moment and so terrible the next. Maybe they just don’t know the weight of their words and the hurt it can cause to others knowingly or unknowingly. Even the slightest irritation in ur voice is likely to bring hurt.

It’s a wonder how some people can turn a shopping haven like Bangkok into something so warped. *hint hint, u know who u aare*

Okay… better start doing my 2 mindmaps and timetable. 😦

All Righty. I know it’s kinda late to get a blog but just for the fun of it i shall ! Well, basically life’s been so-so. The stress of studying for prelims although not too tough to handle yet but i feel it worsening by next week.
