So now all the interviews are over and out selection of suitable candidates is over. WE have semi decided who’s in and who’s not, and the positions for wach member too. What’s left is the calling and emailing to do! I do hope that everyone will be content with their assigned posts! And I am definitely looking forward to an enriching and meaningful trip with wonderful R & R !!!

Beer and Cars.

Went to Ice Cold Beer with the ruggers and bimbo yesterday. Had lotsa fun drinking jaggerbombs (is that how u spell it?) eating beef wraps and POPCORN.

Caught some Formula 1 action too. Haha. What I really mean is that I only heard the sound of the cars. We were all walking around Raffles MRT station and trying to sneak a peek at the racing track amidst all the bobbing heads and smelly bodies.

BUT, when I was taking 36 home with the Boyfriend….. BOY DID THE VIEW LOOK GOOD FROM THERE! You should take 36 home too. I could see the racing cars so clearly!

I think that having a Fomula 1 race against the back drop of the Singapore night sky is just B-E-A-U-tiful.

School so far..

Been hanging out alot with the Boyfriend’s friends lately. They’re a great bunch of people man. Just tt i’m usually the only girl cos Carol is having class when I have break and vice versa. Thank God carol is here at SMU! Sorry Mich! Haha.

Have been frequenting the Treehouse more lately. And seems like I am beginning to like the food more. Haha. My impressions of the place have changed definitely.

Well, now my favs are bolognese and field of shrooms. There was once I had to wait a long time for my food and they were kind enough to give me one free drink. Sweet Move.

Still, I feel that there’s room for improvement with regards to service and staff.

What do girls want.

Guys would never change. They expect girls to understand what they are going through, to listen to their woes and troubles. To give them the comfort they seek. We accede.

But when girls tell them about their troubles, they listen with half a brain, they think we’re whining, they think we are petty, and they dont understand.

In my opinion, females will always remain as a subsidiary of the male species. Blame it on the person (most likely a man) who called us feMALE, who called us woMAN. With the exception of ladies, we are unable to separate ourselves from the subtle subjugation.

What do girls want? Well, just give us your ears and your heart. Stop these male pride shit and start caring.

Went down to NUS today to support the SMU Rugby Team!

And well, the 7 hours was worth it considering they won!

So, here’s thank you to a few people: Ashraf who sent me down, Jacq who was so friendly and amiable, and CAROL who was her usual self and provided lots of entertainment.

And most importantly, thanks to the boyfriend who made rugby interesting to watch.
